Pros
Great starring pay and quickly up to full scale. They offer great benefits package with 2 weeks vacation after 90 days. Because of drastic turnover you can get any job any shift in no time at all.
Cons
No advancement what so ever, even though it is the whole basis of their hiring pitch. Management is completely clueless and will run this location to the ground if changes are not made quickly. I feel sorry for employees who have invested 20+ years in this company.
