Pros
The team at OBE is an awesome group - very engaged and can-do attitude with a strong culture of supporting ideas from the ground up and giving employees opportunities to learn and grow.
Cons
A lot of moving pieces - it's a really big company with many opportunities and there are often many projects and initiatives going on at the same time. Great if you like a challenge, but be prepared to be involved in a lot of different things.
