Business Outlook
Pros
Management. All in all, management is making improvements. They are going away with old ways of doing things and making changes that are impacting the overall production process. I really like being part of all the positive changes that are happening.
Cons
The company needs to take care of its employees. Some people work too much and do not have time to do anything outside of work. Also, full benefits do not kick in until after a year of employment if hired directly. Additionally, people that have been here for far too long continue to drag the company behind, I believe we also need to part ways with people that do not want to change.
