Pros
You have the resources to do your job, and you're treated like a professional. You get to make the job yours and take ownership. Leadership is incredibly supportive. Family-like atmosphere with the resources of a big company. The company is in growth mode but stable at the same time.
Cons
As with any growing company, figuring out how all the pieces fit together is a work in progress
