Got relieved of my position due to me not being able to pull the plant out of a several years of nothingness, in less than 2 weeks. They had no Preventative Maintenance Program for years. So they expected me to establish it (which I did), to know the ins-outs of every piece of equipment, lead the Maintenance personnel, and pushing out purchase orders all in less than 2 weeks. I have made miracles happen throughout my career but that comes with time. Miracles don't happen overnight.
