      -Plant Level personnel are great people. -you will learn a lot of different skills.

      Cons

      -upper management is a nightmare (your voice/concerns will not be heard). -no guidance or direction, no promotions, standard "benefits". -roles and duties change weekly and are seldom relevant to the job contract you signed.
