Pay could be more competitive for technical/skilled trade workers, potential to be a High pressure/tight schedule environment dependent on projects/teams with potential to easily work long hours if you are very work oriented, Expectations on entry level/interns can be higher than feasible at times, communication between long term experienced professionals and entry level employees may be challenging at times
