      They invest in their employees and help them grow in their career. There were also efforts to increase diversity and inclusion in the company, still work to be done.

      Cons

      Employee turnover. The work life balance piece could be prioritized more.

      Pros

      Each office provides tons of free alcohol to the employees. In office happy hours area help with morale. Drinking is encouraged. We’re allowed to drink at work starting at 4pm.

      Cons

      You have to be at work by 8am and work AT LEAST 40 hours a week!
