      Pros

      The Culture at Olsson is one of a kind, we are allowed flexibility and work from home within our schedules to maintain a healthy home / work life balance.

      Cons

      It is hard to build and maintain relationships when we have the majority of staff working from home. It is also hard to provide hands on mentoring for the same reason. I am a person that enjoys being in the office, working closely with my peers, It is energizing and rewarding.

      Pros

      Each office provides tons of free alcohol to the employees. In office happy hours area help with morale. Drinking is encouraged. We’re allowed to drink at work starting at 4pm.

      You have to be at work by 8am and work AT LEAST 40 hours a week!
