Pros
The company I been contributing for, for almost 2 years now was really nice hiring practices. I heard about the company in a discord, from a doctoral data science student she recommended it for me and gave a referral code, so I apped for a project and the projects just keep coming. I have had such a good experience with them it is almost a toxic hazing practice to go apply for another company... I apped for Goldman Sachs about a year ago, and basically IDGAF about testing ethics when they started hazing me using hackerrank software with involved timed algorithm creation problems with multiple O(x) solution inequalities that I did solve using pair programming the first try but i dont want to work onsite in Utah, and the experience was so bad, that i dont want to be a timed algorithm creator with that high of productivity that they were hazing me with.
Cons
Sometimes it's difficult to work early in the morning with Indian or UAE project managers.
