Pros
Inexpensive meal plan and employee hotel room discounts.
Cons
I worked for Omni for 2 years, after they acquired our resort. Omni management took over and the quality of the property and staff went downhill thereafter. They do not invest in upkeep and the so-call "promote from within" moto is boloney, unless you are willing to take a pay cut and be overworked. They make up names for positions just so you don't become manager or director. A definite good-ol-boys club with very little women or any minorities advancing in executive level positions. The upper management is constantly being coached to deliver bad news, which makes it almost impossible to retain good employees. Pay stays low and the management training programs are outdated. The low-rated benefits don't make up for their lack of leadership and their lack of true advancement opportunities. Waste of time here, work for a place that appreciates superb workmanship.
