Pros

I honestly can't think of any.

Cons

I never felt welcomed or valued here. We never had the essential supplies we needed at the front desk. Managers pass simple things on for their team members to do because A) they are too lazy and just sit in the back and B) they love exercising their authority over you/treating you like a slave. Certain team members do not pull their weight in work and get away with it. The front desk team is largely unprofessional and immature, resembling a toxic high school environment. I was never able to leave work on time and the scheduling forced me to work 7, 8, or even 9 days in a row without a day off. You're not even guaranteed one weekend off per month. Schedule comes out on Wed or Thursday for that upcoming Saturday through Friday. Work-life balance is nonexistent and the management team guilt-trips you for asking for reasonable scheduling adjustments for doctors' appointments, etc...

Pros

The culture and hospitality I have experienced so far has been nothing short of exceptional. From the Interviewing to my first day and beyond, everyone has been very helpful and inviting. I am excited to be apart of the OMNI family.

Cons

No cons specifically but once in my department I was hoping for a bit more structure and information as to specific duties, trainings and expectations but other than that I have had a great experience and since have more information.
