Great Benefits, good hours, great way to get your feet wet in the railroad.

Cons

They hate to give overtime, they bug when you leave company vehicle idling for just one sec.

Pros

Company is well run and diversified. People are great - nice, reliable, and consistent.

Cons

Working on harmonization across companies. It can be difficult to find policies and procedures at time. However, this is changing, and I already see it getting better.

Nothing - a toxic backstabbing and miserable environment

Cons

The HR team is awful to work with. They back stab and to your face act like they are your best friends. Everyone working there is MISERABLE and while they paid well, not worth the mental angst. Only worked there a few months before knowing I HAD TO GET OUT.
