Pros

They give you the answers to the test if you aren’t registered yet not sure if that’s a legitimate “pro” though kinda sketchy

Cons

They are a tight knit group of people with unrealistic expectations of their “lesser” employees. If you take on more tasks than your job requires they do not offer pay raises. Management is god awful and chatty as well as very gossipy they will share your information amongst themselves and reporting it does nothing even when you have proof. Obsessed with numbers instead of quality work.

Cons

Staffing shortages and aggressive corporate metrics frequently lead to a high-stress environment. The demand for constant speed can make the workload feel unsustainable during peak delivery cycles, making a healthy work-life balance difficult to maintain.
