Great team of pharmacists to work with Pharmacist supervisor stood up for our team of pharmacists Fairly casual work environment as far as attire Flexible for time off and sick days Fast-paced high volume work and always something new or interesting going on Good about actually providing a lunch break
Cons
Overnight on call with minimal compensation Pharmacy technician turn over was ridiculous, there were times when new hires barely made it a full day Pharmacist turnover was also an issue, often resulted in very long hours due to being understaffed Sometimes management struggled to communicate clearly Some national policies made work much more difficult than it needed to be
