Pros

- Manager of my department was extremely flexible and accommodating at times - Good pharmacists - Some honest, hardworking people - Decent benefits - Relaxed dress code

Cons

- Refusal to give part time schedules - Certain shifts completely neglected. Some shifts operated as a free for all. This significantly and negatively impacted workflow and ultimately the patients - Micromanaging in the wrong areas - examples: productivity being too low but no investigation or questions about why, and negligence in the important areas (business and patient safety areas, people sleeping during work hours) - Lack of professionalism from numerous shift supervisors and other management - Lack of consistency - HR department represented by one person. Repeated complaints from multiple parties about certain members of management did not render any improvement about certain party's behaviors or retaliation. - Low building security (can see into the pharmacy from the street, doors have one safety lock, no security team)

Pros

The immediate team members and supervisors are fantastic—professional, supportive, and deeply committed to accuracy and patient care. The steady workflow allows you to build strong operational proficiency and master high-volume pharmacy dynamics without direct retail customer friction.

Cons

Staffing shortages and aggressive corporate metrics frequently lead to a high-stress environment. The demand for constant speed can make the workload feel unsustainable during peak delivery cycles, making a healthy work-life balance difficult to maintain.
