Cons
I would not recommend anyone pursue a career at the company. The number one priority of this company is to eliminate the competition by buying them out, then closing down the pharmacies. They have been working on their "hub andspoke" model for over three years now and have made very little progress with it besides throwing away a lot of money by hiring big consulting firms to tell them what to do. The problem is they never follow thru on the recommendations. The reason? They don't want to spend the money on the infrastructure which is literally falling apart. They would rather give the CEO a 5 million dollar bonus for what? It is sad because this could be a first class company and an important part of the healthcare plan of the future, but they just don't "get it".
