Interview process was great. First day was great...awesome learning environment for a novice.

Cons

If you are attempting to make friends with your coworkers, THIS is not the place. Several of the YOUNGER employees turn their noses down on the new people and refuse to help. Management is very unorganized and will have you working outside of your job description. Doesn't show any compassion or concern for employees.
