4yHi - Thanks for your feedback. We are a bit surprised as we have put adequate checks and balances in place to ensure that there is no favoritism in the company. Clearly your experience was not the same. Would appreciate if you could directly email me and share more details on where your experience went bad. It will allow us to take necessary actions to avoid recurrence of such instances. Also, just want to clarify that care management demands 100% focus on the patient's needs. There is zero compromise on that front as we are a patient centric organisation. So this role is not a good fit if you are working on our own venture. This is a full time role. Thanks
