Pros

Very nice office building. Modern and pleasant. But that's the building and has nothing to do with Oncourse. It's like a book with a great cover, but once inside, it's more like the little house of horrors without the comedy and laughter. There is one positive working at Oncourse, I'm positive that you'll hate every moment working there.

Cons

You read it right, bring Sage if you dare to work there. There's a heavy, negative, poisonous atmosphere once you walk through those doors. Sure they smile and tell you nice things, but so do mobsters right before they take you out. Don't trust a soul in that place, I take that back, humans have a soul. Sure they have an open door policy, but once you go through it you just might see Linda Blair tied down speaking in tongue and levitating, because that's what it's going to be like. What they should have at the entrance are doors marked "Do Not Open" like in the walking dead, because all of management will suck the life out of you and leave you for dead. There's no accountability, management will never admit they're wrong, instead blame the wrong employees for their bad choices. Support, yeah don't expect it. Once you go into the call center, support vanishes like a thief in the night. Turn over is the worst I have ever seen, they literally are running out of people to hire for the Call Center. Sure if you're homeless and need free food, take the job, and they'll hire you. Or recently divorced and life has no meaning, you'll fit in just fine. But if you have a soul, and a heart they will suck that right out of you. Bring Sage to smudge and a bottle of Pepto-Bismal for the ulcer you will develop. You go in looking young and fresh, but you'll leave old, wrinkly and stressed out. Me, well yes I'm not happy but the truth hurts. Enter if you dare, but you've been warned.

Pros

I've had a really positive experience here. The culture is supportive, people genuinely care about each other, and leadership is approachable. There are lots of opportunities to learn, take on new challenges, and grow your career. The company also does a great job of creating a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome.

Cons

Nothing specific comes to mind.

Pros

The People: Honestly, the best part is the lack of drama. People here are accountable; they do what they say they’re going to do. It’s a collaborative environment where you can actually voice an opinion and not get shut down, which goes a long way. Growth is Real: It’s not just a carrot they dangle. If you’re reliable and good at what you do, there’s a clear path to move up. They seem to value keeping good people around rather than just hiring from the outside. The Vibe: It’s a high-standard environment, but it’s inclusive. You feel like you’re part of a professional team where everyone is pulling in the same direction.

Cons

Not for Coasting: You can’t hide here. If you aren't ready to pull your weight and meet high standards, you’ll feel the friction pretty quickly. Fast-Paced: It can be a bit of a whirlwind. If you need a rigid, 1995-style manual for every single task, the constant evolution might wear you out.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re proud to hear that the culture is showing up in a way that reflects accountability, collaboration, and real opportunity. We recognize that operating in a high-performing, fast-moving environment isn’t for everyone, and we’re intentional about maintaining that standard while continuing to evolve how we support our teams. Your feedback around communication and staying connected as we grow is especially important, and it’s something we’re actively focused on. We appreciate you being part of what’s driving the momentum forward and for sharing your perspective that helps us keep getting better.
