Pros
Cask is a great company that is focused on both the customer and their employees. Frequent surveys to ensure that employees have a communication forum to allow their voices to be heard. Have a question, comment or concern? You are free and encouraged to ask anyone in the organization. As for the customers, the focus on customer success is reviewed and acted upon every day. Measurements and tracking are in place to ensure our customers are successful. Focus on work/life balance is there and discussed weekly.
Cons
Cask is very fast-paced. Change happens frequently and you have to be prepared for that change. For some, this is hard to manage but if you can adapt to change, it's not a negative. Work/life balance is hard just due to the high-volume of work that Cask has on-going.
