Since I joined Cask I have felt welcome. This company is growing and many changes are happening. Some people may find this unsettling but I think the company is seeing what they need to change as they grow and making those choices. Though the company is mostly remote and spread through out the country it feel very close knit. There is a lot of communication and collaboration. Everyone is willing to help out and available if you need anything. The President and management sincerely care about everyone no matter what your position is. There are many benefits to choose from upon joining so you can get a package that fits your need. Further education and gaining certifications in ServiceNow are encouraged! I love it here and would encourage joining.
