Pros
Cask prides themself on their culture. I thoroughly enjoy working here. I think the people are great. They have really adapted to work-life during a pandemic and have made sure no one returns to the office until it is safe to do so. They seem to want to invest in your career and make sure that you are always learning.
Cons
Poor PTO. Only 120hrs a year but you have to use one week of it while the office is closed for the holidays.
