Pros
In my 20+ years in this role and technology, this is by far the best team and culture I have ever worked with. There is truly an open door policy all the way up to the CEO. Fantastic reputation with clients and ServiceNow that has supported continued growth. If you need help just ask, and there is a team of peers and leadership who will jump buildings to assist. The CEO and executive leadership has jumped on calls with me at 4-5am to help with a project/client. Excellent benefits and appreciation for work/life balance. I was impressed with the package before I started, and found out the package was even better than expected during my first week.
Cons
Initial training could use some more structure, but that has been continuously improving as the company grows.
