We especially appreciate you highlighting our culture of collaboration and the continual work we are doing in the area of DEI. We do have a formal compensation analysis process that aligns our job roles to industry standards, and we regularly review this data in an effort to remain as competitive as possible. We encourage open communication between employees and their managers regarding pay. Training is a big investment at Cask, and we expect managers to work with new employees to outline a development plan including ServiceNow certifications where appropriate.
