Pros

Good benefits, hours, pay... perfect desk job.

Cons

Not a fair environment when it comes to promotions. People are promoted by their relationships rather than their job performance. If you aren't friends with your supervisor, then you aren't getting promoted. My bosses weren't able to give me feedback on why I wasn't given a promotion over the other candidates. HR doesn't care about the employee, and are of no help whatsoever.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. We are sorry to hear that you feel the promotion process promotes favoritism. One Call employs a structured promotion process that involves HR review to ensure fairness and consistency. Please feel free to schedule a meeting with HR to discuss your current concerns regarding management. We are glad to hear that you otherwise enjoy your job – including the benefits, hours and pay.

Pros

Throughout the interview process, the leaders at One Call kept talking about their culture and the people that make it so great to work there. I was skeptical since most companies talk a big game but One Call actually delivered! Their culture is unmatched and everyone genuinely cares about one another and the consumer (the patients we serve).

Cons

Sometimes the company operates as the world's oldest start-up company.

Pros

Team and management were very supportive and friendly.

Cons

Pay is terrible for the industry and there are some senior leaders who unfortunately don't know how to run an HR Department.
