Pros

The health insurance plan is pretty standard, which is a compliment for OFS. Program Manager would check-in with staff individually on a semi-regular basis and offer solutions where she could.

Cons

Almost too many to name. The major issue I had with them was with the irrational pay disparities, both from the lowest-paid employees to the highest-paid employees (despite there only being two position types on our contract, with similar professional requirements for all), and between two similarly-qualified staff. Salary offerings, raises, and OFS responsiveness varied widely from employee-to-employee, often with no rhyme or reason. If you wanted something done, you often had to kick and scream to get OFS to pay attention and respond.

Very sound training process, understanding and helpful boss/coworkers

Cons

Not much honestly, hours were good. If anything I would just say that I didn't have a super defined role as an intern.
