Pros

- I believe One on One is a Family company. Compared to many other companies I have worked with, I have never experienced an employer that serves their values more than this company. - We get to help kids that need our services to broaden their horizons and give them a chance to open doors they never thought they can open. - The staff itself, is the most diverse and amazing group of individuals. They make anything work no matter what. - I am able to talk to parents that want their kids to have a good education. I can relate to these parents with most of their concerns.

Cons

- Sometimes our ideas or comments are brushed to the side. - At times I feel inferior.

This is the BEST job that I have had in my 40 years of teaching! The support from administration is exceptional! Wonderful place to work!!!

Cons

I have never had a problem that was not taken care of by the administration in the 3 years working for One on One Learning.

Pros

Very thoroughly enjoyed the community of employees that I worked with. They were kind and empathetic to any reason for needing to call off. They were trusting enough to handle my kids when I was absent. Good people, good school establishment, very good and hardworking students.

Cons

None that I can think of.
