      Pros

      I really enjoy working for this company, I have been working for them for about a year and half and never had a problem. Communication is great with the coordinator. Hours are very flexible but it also depends on the family's schedule which is usually after 3 pm and earlier on Wednesdays

      Cons

      Being able to get supplies on timely manner. Have requested items for awhile and still have not been provided them but other than that everything is great.

      Pros

      This is the BEST job that I have had in my 40 years of teaching! The support from administration is exceptional! Wonderful place to work!!!

      Cons

      I have never had a problem that was not taken care of by the administration in the 3 years working for One on One Learning.

      Pros

      Very thoroughly enjoyed the community of employees that I worked with. They were kind and empathetic to any reason for needing to call off. They were trusting enough to handle my kids when I was absent. Good people, good school establishment, very good and hardworking students.

      Cons

      None that I can think of.
