      Pros

      One on One Learning has great communication with management and fantastic support from co-workers. During certain times of the year, things can get busy but the company encourages a good work/life balance. One on One Learning provides ongoing trainings for the coordinators and tutors to help them be more successful in their jobs. Tutors are provided with everything they need to have productive and engaging sessions with students. I feel valued as an employee of One on One Learning!

      Pros

      This is the BEST job that I have had in my 40 years of teaching! The support from administration is exceptional! Wonderful place to work!!!

      Cons

      I have never had a problem that was not taken care of by the administration in the 3 years working for One on One Learning.

      Pros

      Very thoroughly enjoyed the community of employees that I worked with. They were kind and empathetic to any reason for needing to call off. They were trusting enough to handle my kids when I was absent. Good people, good school establishment, very good and hardworking students.

      None that I can think of.
