-Fairly flexible schedule -Pays quite well in group tutoring sessions -Can be rewarding when kids are cooperative and making progress.

Cons

-Schedule is mostly determined by parents' availability -Mostly appointment based, so pay is determined by people keeping appointments -Must consider drive time between appointments and driving costs

This is the BEST job that I have had in my 40 years of teaching! The support from administration is exceptional! Wonderful place to work!!!

Cons

I have never had a problem that was not taken care of by the administration in the 3 years working for One on One Learning.

Pros

Very thoroughly enjoyed the community of employees that I worked with. They were kind and empathetic to any reason for needing to call off. They were trusting enough to handle my kids when I was absent. Good people, good school establishment, very good and hardworking students.

Cons

None that I can think of.
