      Pros

      This job is good for minimal hours with great pay. It is good for a side job or part-time work. It is an independent work environment.

      Cons

      There is no community within the company. You go to the school sites or multiple school sites depending on your schedule and then you go home.

      This is the BEST job that I have had in my 40 years of teaching! The support from administration is exceptional! Wonderful place to work!!!

      Cons

      I have never had a problem that was not taken care of by the administration in the 3 years working for One on One Learning.

      Pros

      Very thoroughly enjoyed the community of employees that I worked with. They were kind and empathetic to any reason for needing to call off. They were trusting enough to handle my kids when I was absent. Good people, good school establishment, very good and hardworking students.

      Cons

      None that I can think of.
