      One on One Learning offers a great work environment. They put you first as a person, they look out for your well being and can be very accommodating. They also think of their employees first when a new position opens up, meaning there is always room to grow in this company. Overall, I am very satisfied working at One on One Learning.

      Pros

      This is the BEST job that I have had in my 40 years of teaching! The support from administration is exceptional! Wonderful place to work!!!

      Cons

      I have never had a problem that was not taken care of by the administration in the 3 years working for One on One Learning.

      Pros

      Very thoroughly enjoyed the community of employees that I worked with. They were kind and empathetic to any reason for needing to call off. They were trusting enough to handle my kids when I was absent. Good people, good school establishment, very good and hardworking students.

      Cons

      None that I can think of.
