Pros

All of the joys of teaching and seeing progress made with students without all of the paperwork and extra duties as being a classroom teacher.

Cons

Hourly pay. When the school is closed, you do not get paid. Some private schools have a lot of days off or "special" days without academics.

This is the BEST job that I have had in my 40 years of teaching! The support from administration is exceptional! Wonderful place to work!!!

Cons

I have never had a problem that was not taken care of by the administration in the 3 years working for One on One Learning.

Pros

Very thoroughly enjoyed the community of employees that I worked with. They were kind and empathetic to any reason for needing to call off. They were trusting enough to handle my kids when I was absent. Good people, good school establishment, very good and hardworking students.

Cons

None that I can think of.
