OneAZ Credit Union Response

Thank you for your feedback and for recognizing OneAZ Credit Union as a valued local company in Arizona. We understand your concerns about the need for greater attention to community outreach and support over membership growth and fee focus. Our leadership team is aware of the challenges with fees across the banking and credit union sectors and is actively working on solutions to better serve our members. While new leaders may bring different approaches and perspectives, we are committed to incorporating them into our community-focused culture. As a not-for-profit credit union, we reinvest profits to improve products and services for our members, rather than focusing on shareholder profits like for-profit financial institutions. We remain dedicated to supporting community growth and ensuring our members receive the best possible value and experience. Your input is invaluable as we continue to enhance our services and uphold our community values.

Pros

Some of the people are nice, capable professionals but that is the exception not the norm

Cons

This place is a cancer on business and the community. The senior leadership is highly dysfunctional whose only concern is to preserve their exorbitant salaries, some over a million dollars or more annually for a company with annual revenue of $200M who touts itself as a not-for-profit. There is no hierarchy nor order. Low level employees have a high sense of entitlement and weaponize HR against their managers when they are expected to show up 2 days per week and work a full day in the office or a meeting is scheduled during their self-proclaimed lunch time. There is massive back channeling directly to the CEO, who is a weakling and an extremely poor leader. This is a horrible place for anyone with skills, experience and credentials. Do not walk...........RUN
