Supervisors are a joke. They will write you up if you are 1 second late past the 5 minutes extra they give you, yet they come in an hour late everyday with no consequences. Raises come once a year and are around 30-50 cents per hour. By the time you go up a dollar new employees will be starting at that amount. At one point i was making $1.50/hr less than any new employee after being there 3+ years. Very few employees actually do work any biologics/distribution and spend more time bashing on other shifts while playing on their phones and ignoring orders that can be filled. Management will not help you and will always have an excuse for them. You can't talk to the employee either as the whole shift will team up against you and point all out your minor mess ups. The company does not care one bit about it's low level employees. If you do not need a degree to apply then you will be extremely disappointed.
