Extreme favoritism, Very Poor management, Bad Hours, No consideration for the lab people working till 2am or later to get units finished. HR couldn't care less about problems. Since merger people getting laid off for just about anything. Asked if I could change my hours to go to college and they said they will get someone else to replace me. Acquired a month and a half of sick time that I never got to use because they did away with it. They made it very difficult to take a day off, and would try to try to make you seem unreliable even with notes from the doctor. The company was in the news several times for questionable activities. I could go on and on but I do not have all day.
