Lots of favoritism, and mental abuse happens here and nothing gets done about it. No one sticks up for one other because they are scared of losing their jobs. Lots of miserable people work here because they have no other place to go. They work there for years and have no other degrees or education to fall back on so they stay. Those same people thrive on making other peoples' lives miserable via bullying and intimidation. There is no loyalty to people who have been there for years and are let go to save the company money. Very stressful environment with more work added on monthly with low staffing and high turnover.
