Pros
The leadership really cares. I have had the privilege of meeting the key executives including CEO, Adam Bruckman, and CPO, E Chrane, and their are genuine and authentic, down to earth people. My regional leadership is equally authentic and approachable. My direct principal is the kindest, deeply caring person I know. I also appreciate that while not everything is perfect, the company is working on finding ways to continually improve. While the pace of change may not be as fast as a small agile company, the desire is there.
Cons
Much of OD's growth happens through acquisition, so the company as a whole is still figuring out how to assimilate divergent organizations into a cohesive company. It often still feels like we are functioning like separate companies under a larger umbrella. Also, as company primarily driven by sales operations, I feel like the recognition or incentive opportunities for those of us not doing traditional selling is not as strong as it could be.
