You will never make because of management and underwriters. You will make 75k. They used to provide company car and gas card but that is no longer the case. Management will bully you and get away with it. The regional was never even a rep and has no idea about the car business and will do ride alongs with you and is clueless about how to talk to
Car dealers and how to be a rep but somehow got a job to manage reps. Turn over rate is crazy and the buyers have no idea what they are doing. As a rep you are chasing titles, having to do 80-100dealer visits monthly(or else you are warned of a write up), have to work every deal and spend hrs making turn a deal doesn’t fall through because of verifications and lack of communication, you have to chase warranty checks and submit your weekly excel form on what your week will look like. You also are only get paid Monday- Friday but are excepted to work on Saturdays. Management will praise you about every single thing for 3-4 months and then treat you like you don’t matter(even if you were one of the top performers)
