      They let you use your vacation days however you want. Monday to Friday office hours.

      Cons

      Have to multitask and make your quota. Pay is not that much for the amount of work that needs to be done.

      Flexibility, autonomy, and I personally have a great boss.

      No remote work for branch employees even with a disability ADA request it gets declined.
