      There are none, Springleaf has made sure of that

      Cons

      Long hours, no respect for life work balance, lots of empty promises, and absolutely no loyalty to employees. Production is all that matters.

      Pros

      Flexibility, autonomy, and I personally have a great boss.

      Cons

      No remote work for branch employees even with a disability ADA request it gets declined.
