Pros
If you work in the call centers the schedules are nice and they do have flexibility. The paid time off is nice. Most everyone you work with is nice and eager to help each other.401k Match up to 4%.
Cons
The ceo lines his pockets with over 9 million dollars but sees fit to fire hardworking loyal employees instead of cutting his pay. The senior management team is bad about making knee jerk decisions with out knowing how it will impact their employees that actually collect the money for them. They also don’t know the meaning of a good raise for the end of year reviews. The training department does not cover new policies or hold refresher trainings for policy violation trends. They don’t value loyalty because they have no problem letting go team members that have worked over 14 years or even over 20 years for them. Fired 200 of us recently and would not even give people options to take other positions that they were hiring for. Oh but we can rehire for less pay and lose our seniority.
