Pros
My manager and team were so great, it really felt like a family of individuals who were really set out to do a great job and bring in some really great funds!
Cons
Walking in the door. I was immediately moved around a lot jumping from different supervisor to different projects. Most of the time i was confused but i accepted it and was great in every aspect. But that’s just it don’t be too great at this job, don’t be a top performer because then you’ll have a full list of targets on your back, i had supervisors from different states listening and critiquing my calls all the time and they say it’s to help their teams find new ways of doing things but in all actuality they were looking and trying to find ways to get u fired because you make too much. All employees have something they can work on and do better on but if you are a top performer your areas of opportunity will always be on display when they ones under you may very well been needing the same coaching they don’t get it bc you are their target. I always felt i was walking on egg shells like i can do no wrong or else. I always felt there’s no one phone call they are not listening to. But when you focusing on being perfect they are focusing on going back years on finding something you may have done early on unintentionally. Trust me i wish i was lying there’s no additional trainings outside of insurance sales on new policies and they’ll tell you you doing something wrong then later say you were actually doing it right but never apologize for the times you were going to fire me over it lol … just don’t be too great at this job even though the job is very easy and really easy to succeed honestly there were times i wanted to fake and just be mediocre so i could get that target off my back but that’s no way to be I’ll just be successfull with another company instead.
