Shared-facility setup with another brand creates workflow inefficiencies (e.g., overcrowded storage increasing error risk) and frequent escalations of minor, quickly resolved discrepancies that are disproportionate to the actual risk. Cultural and operational mismatch between brands results in territorial dynamics and unnecessary tension. Overall environment feels unstable and high-stress, with limited flexibility for patient-priority tasks.
