Pros
Company allowed me to take as much time as I needed , PAID and even encouraged me to Protest with my fellow BLACK LIVES MATTER brothers and sisters at the company. I have to note they did the same for the 10-3-5 LGBT team Members in purchasing - awesome! Also never stress to get shipments out and unlimited overtime! After the protests I asked to work OT and they told me no problem just spend the extra time reading safety manuals- really cool. And pretty much whenenever you want they allow you to chill in the cafeteria and watch TV . This is a company that truly cares about their employers.
Cons
Really none the site leader is accessible most days hanging out in the cafeteria . I wish that during the daily safety meeting they could allocate 5 minutes to the BLM and LGBT movement .
