Onward Search is an excellent organization for the true self starter who wants to make an impact by driving long term success. I’ve worked at several staffing organizations and there are 3 main reasons that separate Onward Search from the typical staffing firm and why I have enjoyed working here for over six years. First and foremost are the people. Most here are fun, smart, wacky,silly,serious and committed all at once. Dullards beware! The second is that the organization has “yes” and “can-do” mantra that supports opportunities and ideas. It’s up to the individual to make things happen and you’re fully supported when you do. The third is integrity. There’s a large emphasis on “ doing the right thing” and building lasting relationships with candidates and clients alike. It’s about delivering quality, building strong business and of course, reaping the rewards!
Cons
This is not a good place too work if you are into being micro managed or lack focus. You need to have your own drive.
