Some managers who interact directly with the recruiters tend to be more top down with there approach. This doesn’t work in sales. In order to manager producers you should have been a producer yourself. Hire managers or promote the high performing ae’s to train new recruiters. You’ll get more out of recruiters and performance will resonate clearly. It’s very hard to be managed by someone who hasn’t actually done the job nor has done it on a daily basis. Some management is too sensitive and takes things personally and this is distracting. Management doesn’t always remember or keep there promises. This is a big no no.
