I am sorry to hear that you feel as though our leaders don’t care about individual success or career growth. Our leadership team works tirelessly to ensure that we are tackling the challenges facing our teams and our industry. This year we have made several significant investments in the business, including a Learning and Development division that is responsible for mapping career paths. The biggest driver of that investment is our people and their careers. You are right, we are moving more towards metrics, but the reason is to have clear measurement on our performance and to drive accountability.
