We are transforming to continue to meet the demands of our talent, the brands we serve and the global economy. We have an eight-step change management process in place to manage change. L&D plays an active role in ensuring we are taking employees on a learning journey with each strategic change. If there are ways for us to improve upon this process, please let your manager or I know. Alternatively, please jump in and help make the process better! We empower everyone in the organization to actively participate in our transformation by joining one or two of the various transformation teams.
